Dr. Michele D'Amico
Michele is a clinical psychologist and executive coach who works with CEOs, business owners, and leaders to navigate high-pressure environments with clarity and confidence. With nearly 15 years of experience, she uses psychology, neuroscience, and emotional intelligence to help people see patterns, shift behavior, and lead more effectively. Through her work with Girl Flip, she brings that same level of support into the construction process, helping clients stay grounded, make clear decisions, and move through the ups and downs of remodeling with more ease.
Ross Pollard
Ross Pollard’s passion for construction began as a teenager, helping his father build two coastal homes. With firsthand experience in renovating and building, plus 25 years as a paramedic, including 12 years in helicopter emergency care, he understands the pressures of high-stress environments. Now a corporate breathwork coach, Ross helps bring calm, resilience, and confidence to the homebuilding journey.
Andrew Melgar
Massage therapist with over 7 years of hands-on experience, specializing in deep tissue work and sports recovery. Known for a highly intuitive approach, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of every client—helping relieve pain, improve mobility, and support overall wellness.
